Great work, great service, Good communication. I had a den modified into bedroom... added wall where arch opening was previously, cut in and added door in opposite wall, insulated and sound proofed interior walls, textured, painted and tile work matched existing house areas. Electrical work done well.
Amazing! The absolute BEST general contractors I have ever worked with. AND they actually supervise their very good sub contractors. First time I didn't have to nag subcontractors about trash and special instructions, parking etc. Kim and Kyle King did a great job. They communicated well and finished multiple jobs/specialities on time despite significant challenges.
Kim, Kyle and Geno did a bedroom renovation in our home and we're thrilled with how it turned out. We got multiple estimates from different companies, and not only were most of the other contractors more expensive, they were only qualified to do one or two parts of the job, so we were expecting to have to hire 2 or 3 separate companies to complete the job.
